This historic treasure, a 1920s Tudor home in Highland Park, was remodeled and furnished with a comprehensive design scheme by Kyle Knight Design. Both the interior and exterior spaces were thoughtfully refreshed, staying true to the home’s beautiful original character while bringing a renewed sense of ease and warmth throughout. The result is a charming, lived-in home created for an absolutely lovely repeat client.
This expansive Spanish Revival home was brought to life with all new furnishings, a generous use of paint, and select secondary bathroom remodels. We blended high-style pieces with comfortable, durable elements, creating a home that feels elevated yet livable for the young family we worked with.
This from-the-ground-up project in Bluffview has Kyle’s fingerprints on nearly every facet. We were involved from the very beginning, starting with the first meetings alongside the architect and seeing the home through to completion. From slate roof tiles to powder bath wallpaper, each nuanced design decision came together beautifully in this stunning project. The home’s classical Georgian architecture set the vernacular for our selections, and we had the best time collaborating with these clients on their forever home.
Kyle Knight Design joined this project once the architectural plans were in place, taking our client’s inspiration and love of color to shape the overall design vision. With a focus on warmth, charm, and personality, we brought energy and character to both the interior and exterior, creating a home that feels joyful, layered, and full of life.
